SHIPPING
Each product has an associated section. Several sections can be assigned to a single product. Please find here the meaning of the different sections.
Ready to ship (RTS) - this means the product has been made and is waiting for you. There is no waiting time. Just the shipping time.
Made to order (MTO) - means the product has to be manufactured. The production time is 10 to 12 days.
RETURNS
We have a 7 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. You'ill also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
